Pilot Investments
Within the North West European Green Cluster of which ETECH is a constituent, several partner organisations/ public bodies are being supported to undertake sustainable renovation of their properties. The aim is to demonstrate commitment to sustainability, reduce costs of energy and to stimulate the market by providing opportunities to local SMEs and sensitizing businesses and residential property owners to invest in sustainable renovation.
Following properties are being renovated and will be demonstrated as exemplary buildings in line with the requirements of sustainable economy.

GSFN is a membership-based global initiative under the auspices of the World Federation of Development Financing Institutions (WFDFI) and co-organised by ETECH Germany and its partner ADFIAP. This network brings together financial institutions and other stakeholders committed to the advancement of sustainable finance.
