INTERNATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVE
Green Economy Observatory «GEO»
GEO is dedicated to conduct research on economic studies in the
context of climate change and the emergence of the green
economy. The Observatory will present current trends and short
and long term outlook in reference to:
Growth of Green Economy;
Corporate Sustainability;
Impact of green economy on labour market - the shifting of jobs
from traditional industry to green industry and emerging of new
occupations «green collar jobs»;
Education institutions shaping green economy; and
Innovations in environmental sector
The Observatory contributes in creating a better understanding
of green economy for policy makers, industry, labour market
professionals, education institutions and other relevant
stakeholders.
GSFN is a membership-based global initiative under the auspices of the World Federation of Development Financing Institutions (WFDFI) and co-organised by ETECH Germany and its partner ADFIAP. This network brings together financial institutions and other stakeholders committed to the advancement of sustainable finance.
